Is my information secure on your website? Yes. Our website is over a secure network. We have an SSL certificate.
What happens if my package arrives damaged? All treats are shipped via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. If your package arrives damaged, or gets lost, you can file a claim with the USPS. Priority Mail includes a tracking number and insurance up to $50.00.
Is the icing and food coloring safe for my dog? The tapioca icing used on the treats is sugar free and the food coloring is made just for dogs. I purchase my icing and food coloring from K9Cakery so everything is dog friendly. Treats can be made without icing. If you would like your treats without icing, please leave a message in the Note To Seller section when you place your order. Always consult with your Veterinarian if you are unsure about any of the ingredients used in the treats.
My dog has an allergy to one of the ingredients. Can you substitute it with something else? If your dog has an allergy please leave a message with your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Isn't grain bad for dogs? There are two different types of grain: whole grain and refined grain. Whole grains are a good source of key ingredients and have valuable antioxidants. Refined grains act as food fillers. We only use whole grains which is found in the Brown Rice Flour and the Rolled Oats.
Do you have grain free treats? Yes we do! We have grain, wheat and gluten free treats.
Do you ship anywhere? At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Where do your ingredients come from? Our ingredients come from local stores and farmers markets depending on the season. ALL ingredients are USA sourced.
Do your products contain preservatives? No. We don't use any preservatives or any other harmful chemicals in our treats. We want to keep everything all natural, organic and only use the freshest, healthiest ingredients.
Are your treats safe for my dog? If you aren't sure about certain ingredients please consult with your Veterinarian. Like people, dogs can also have allergies to certain types of food.
Do your treats contain wheat? All of our treats are wheat-free with the exception of the Turmeric Twists. We use Organic Unbleached Flour which does contain wheat.
Do the treats need to be refrigerated? Since our treats doesn't contain preservatives, keeping the treats refrigerated will help them last longer and maintain their freshness.
Do you exchange or offer refunds? Not at this time.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Only if you live in Tennessee.
How often are treats shipped? Treats are shipped in the order they are received. All treats are made to order and shipped via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail Monday-Saturday.
